Who I am

Catholic since birth and a musician since she began playing piano at the age of three, faith and art have been an integral part of Claire Long’s life. In her teen years, she singlehandedly coordinated music ministry at her home parish in Sumter, South Carolina and has led music and youth ministry at the parish, diocesan, and campus level.  In June of 2010, after serving as the Director of Music Ministry for the College of Charleston Catholic Student Association, Claire formed a Young Adult Music Ministry Team, Two or More, which has provided music for diocesan and state-wide middle school, high school, and young adult events. Claire plans to graduate with her Bachelor of Arts in Arts Management, with minors in Music and Studio Art from the College of Charleston in December 2011. She loves the ocean, road trips, and not wearing shoes. Of all the tunes on her iPod, the Beatles, Mumford and Sons, and Iron and Wine are what are most likely to be put on repeat.
